About Us
Eternal was co-founded by three aspiring business students based in India who have always struggled when it comes to gifting. We believe that the best gift one can offer is Love and we can not replace that. But we love receiving gifts, don't we? It's a way of showing LOVE, a gift can simply be giving a hug(but not during this time), or simply a letter. And to make it a bit extra, we are here for you!
Our focus is on curating gifts that encourage you to take care of yourself(or spoil a bit) and your loved ones, be it self-care products or snacks that we love to eat while binge-watching or goodies that keep your heart intact! we hope you will support us on our Eternal journey of love and happiness!

You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is paid with a minimal charge. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you'll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order but it takes 5-7 working days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll discuss the return options. you can cancel your orders within 4 hours from the time of order placement. Your entire amount will be refunded within 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
